Caesarstone surfaces are manufactured through a highly automated, yet strictly monitored process:

Feeding & mixing: Raw materials are inspected, then fed into mixers
and blended together.

Molding: This mixture is then poured into a mold in the form of a slab 306x144cm/120x57”.

Pressing: The slab is then compacted by a special vacuum
and vibration process.

Curing: These are moved to the curing kiln and heated to 90ºC for
30 minutes - giving CaesarStone genuine stone properties.

Polishing: Slabs are then gauged, calibrated and polished.

Checking: Finally, the slabs pass through quality control and are
registered in our database
