Pre-Fabricated Granite – An Overview
Pre-fabricated granite simply means that the time-consuming and
costly skilled fabrication is done at the factory. This
process also allows us to remove any natural imperfections and
ensure product quality and color consistency. Additionally,
you only pay for material you use, you don't pay for the scrap. The result is a
solid granite slab complete with bullnosing and backsplashes. These slabs are then delivered for a quick and
clean installation. Installation costs are dramatically reduced, as
there is very little work to be done on site. Our
pre-fabricated granite costs about the same as laminate, and
installation is comparable.

Our pre-fabricated vanity tops, complete with sink hole and faucet
cutouts are simply dropped into place. By ordering the vanity tops
to spec, there is absolutely no fabrication to be done. Orders can

A. We maintain an inventory of standard sizes in popular
colors at our LA warehouse, custom orders take 4-6 weeks.
Q. Can you do other edges, i.e. not bullnosed?
A. Yes we can provide nearly any edge: eased, ogee, half
bullnosed, full bullnosed,1/4” bevel, 1/2” bevel and double-bullnosed.
Our inventory slabs are all double bullnosed.
